SALES POLICY
Sales/Reservations
We reserve the right to refuse a sale at anytime for ANY reason.
A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to "reserve" a rabbit (cash, check, money order, or PayPal). We will hold a reserved rabbit for up to 2 weeks. Holds longer than 2 weeks will have to be paid in full. If the rabbit is not picked up by the agreed upon date it will be put back up for sale and the deposit will not be refunded. If a sale is cancelled by us due to illness or death of the rabbit being purchased then the deposit will be refunded, if the sale is cancelled by you it will not be refunded. Returns/replacements will be accepted on a case by case basis, but are NOT guaranteed.
Health cannot be guaranteed once a rabbit leaves our rabbitry. Your rabbit is guaranteed to be healthy when it leaves our hands. It is your responsibility to check over any rabbit you are receiving to be sure that there are no problems at the time of sale/delivery/pick up. We will not be responsible under any circumstances for any vet bills incurred by rabbits that we have sold.
Please contact us if you are interested in any of the for sale rabbits. The page is not always as up to date as we would like to keep it. If you see RESERVED on a rabbit you are interested in, feel free to inquire as these are not yet paid for and may become available again if the sale falls through.
Shipping
We do not ship rabbits. Have never done it and never will. It is very stressful to the rabbits.
However, we have no problem delivering/meeting a transporter you, the buyer, has hired to get the rabbit to you. We would meet at a mutually convenient location which includes any local rabbit shows we will be attending. It would be the responsibility of the BUYER to handle these arrangements. Please note that we are a closed rabbitry and, while we are not opposed to meeting at our residence, we do NOT allow transporters or buyers to enter our home or rabbitry.

Quality: Pet, Brood, Show
Please note all of our bunnies will go to their new homes with transition food.
• Pet Quality: We rarely sell pet quality rabbits. If a rabbit is listed as pet quality, it means the rabbit will do very well as a pet but should not be bred and will not come with a pedigree. The rabbit may have faults and/or disqualifications.
• Brood Quality: If a rabbit is listed as brood quality, it means the rabbit is free from genetic show disqualifications and it may not compete very well on the show table due to some faults or dq's like a white spot or nail due to injury and NOT GENETICS but may still have desirable traits to breed. The rabbit will come with a pedigree.
• Show Quality: If a rabbit is listed as show quality, it means the rabbit is free from show disqualifications with minor faults. The rabbit will come with a pedigree.
As with any rabbit, we cannot guarantee that you will win with one of our animals regardless of the quality. Judges' opinions vary greatly from show to show. A rabbit placed first in one show may be the first one off the table at the next. We will NOT give refunds or replacements for rabbits that fail to win on the show table.
We cannot guarantee that a rabbit will be fertile. If you purchase a PROVEN rabbit, we guarantee the rabbit you are purchasing has successfully birthed or sired at least one live litter. There is no guarantee the rabbit will continue to reproduce and NO REFUNDS will be given if it does not.
Rabbits are living things. Please please please do your research if you want a pet rabbit. They can live up to 10 years or more. They are not all cuddly creatures. Some need time to warm up to you. Others never will. Consider this when purchasing a pet. We handle all of ours daily, but rabbit personalities change as they get older. We cannot guarantee that a rabbit will not change in temperament.
